May 2011: Jackline is a shy, almost silent girl. She is 12 years old and wants to be a doctor when she grows up. She enjoys playing netball and her favourite food is rice. She lives with her mom, brother, and sister. Jackline is very quiet and doesn't appear very happy, but she could just be shy. She doesn't seem disliked by the other girls, and they include her in their play, but she doesn't appear to have many friends either. Her silence is a bit concerning and we hope that CUS will be able to offer the support she needs to find her smile. Jackline was able to take part in a field trip this month to Wonder World, an amusement park. She was also given medication for de-worming.
July 2011: Jackline has a new uniform, thanks to her sponsor!
August 2011: Here is Jacline, holding a gift from her sponsor. She always seems a little sad, but we are sure that this brought a bright spot to her day.
